NHS National Services Scotland, National Services Directorate (NSD) is the commissioner of a number of specialist clinical services and manages clinical/strategic networks including the Scottish Strategic Network for Genomic Medicine. NSD do not provide clinical services to patients, nor can they influence or investigate issues in relation to the treatment of individual patients.
